We build
safe spaces

TRAININGS

Since 2007 we have been building and ensuring safe and quality training spaces for girls, teens, young and adult women, and LGBTIQ+ people.

Our goal both inside and outside the field is to foster collective games and learning through play, respect, empathy, love, and companionship.

La Nuestra provides training focused on football technique, tactics and physical preparation, as well as on each player’s needs, feelings, enjoyment and, above all, the right to play.

Technical Staff: 9 head coaches, trainers, physical trainers, and goalkeeper trainers.

Categories

Junior: 5–7 years old and 8-10 years old / Pre-teens: 11–14 years old / Teens: 15–18 years old / Seniors: 19 years old +.

“Learning to play football, improve, evolve without losing our main goal, which is to be happy and free in the field.”
